Fram-Equipment D3 is an expedition-grade pyramid tent, designed as a mess tent or crew gathering shelter for basecamps. It serves as a reliable team meeting point, dining area, and rest space during alpine or research expeditions.
Description:
Construction: an equilateral octagon. Due to this, the direction of the wind does not matter when you setting up the tent.
It is established on a collapsible aluminum rod. Has 8 stretch marks.
Made of Polyester 180t si Ripstop fabric, with internal polyurethane impregnation and external silicone coating. The fabric is minimally stretched and protects well from moisture.
Ventilation: at the top of the tent there are three ventilation windows that close with Velcro.
The sides of the tent are made of breathable windproof material.
All cargo seams of the roof and perimeter are sewn with a power sling.
All sides of the tent are equipped with YKK zippers, so that either side can be opened and tightened. Or use as a awning with an open entrance.
