Year in Review | Ukr Outdoor

“Making your journey easier!”

Over time, we noticed that this slogan began to mean more than we originally intended. It now describes not only our products, but also our approach to working with our clients’ needs — attentive, practical, and shaped by the real tasks people bring to us every day.

This year for Ukr Outdoor began with manufacturing equipment for the Second Wind expedition. It was an important starting point that immediately set the direction for everything that followed. Gradually, it became clear that today we have not only production capacity, but also the expertise to work with outdoor teams of different scales — from single items to complex, multi-layered orders.

We collaborate with most Ukrainian outdoor companies and truly value this cooperation. It is through this kind of partnership that a market is formed — through high standards for quality, shared experience, and constant attention to detail. For us, the core principles remain high-quality manufacturing, working to specific requirements, and a personalized approach within every order.

Among the positive outcomes of the year are retail orders from all over the world. Our backpacks are finding their users beyond Ukraine and are gradually becoming more recognizable. At the same time, Ukraine’s integration into the European market remains a complex issue and an additional challenge for local manufacturers.

Main revenue directions this year

Throughout the year, the structure of our revenue changed again, and some directions became unexpectedly key:

  • Shelters, tents, and components — engineering-driven and custom projects that we rarely promote, but which require in-depth calculations, process coordination, and the production of large-scale solutions.

  • Backpacks — wholesale exports, special orders, and retail sales for clients around the world.

  • Custom apparel orders — jackets, fleeces, hoodies, and T-shirts designed for specific tasks and conditions of use.

New products and assortment development

Throughout the year, we released several new products and expanded existing lines. Among them are the Guide Forest 30L and Ordino 17L backpacks, new apparel and accessory collections, and further development of our corporate and custom product direction. In each of these products, we aimed to maintain a balance between functionality, durability, and everyday practicality.

Development and future plans

In product development, we transitioned this year to full 3D modeling. This allows us to work faster with new ideas, design products more accurately, and test fit at the creation stage. We expect this approach to positively impact both product quality and development speed.

This year also marked the start of work on women’s backpack models — from defining the concept to the first test samples. We plan to present the first results in the first quarter of this year.

Time moves on, and we change with it.
Maintaining stability this year was a serious challenge. Continuing to grow was an even greater one.

We are grateful to everyone who was with us throughout the year: clients, partners, friends, contractors, and our team.

May our gear bring you joy in the mountains.
We make your journey easier.
