We always do our best to ship your orders on the very same day, so that you can receive them as early as the next day. In Kyiv, same-day delivery was often possible as well.

The situation is changing

Russia is deliberately targeting Nova Poshta’s distribution centres and warehouses. Despite Nova Poshta’s extraordinary efforts to maintain and improve its logistics network, parcels may now take longer to arrive.

We truly appreciate your understanding if your order arrives later than usual.

We are adapting our logistics

We are already shifting towards courier pickup and delivery, as Nova Poshta branches are unable to operate during air-raid alerts.

We are grateful to Nova Poshta for maintaining such a high level of service under these circumstances, and we express our deepest sympathy for their losses.

Stable logistics have always been essential to us. Our production is spread across at least 5 production sites (15 at its peak) in at least 4 cities across Ukraine.

And Nova Poshta’s reliable logistics network has been the backbone that connected all of them.

How this affects our orders

Laser cutting and printing — Kyiv.
Sewing — Poltava, Pereiaslav, Kaharlyk.
Assembly and quality control — Kyiv again.

At any point, any link in this chain can now be affected by unexpected delays.

Nevertheless, we are doing everything we can to fulfil all orders on time and maintain the level of service you are used to.

We keep going. We did not choose these times.
