What Is CoolMAX®?

CoolMAX® is a branded synthetic fiber made from polyester, engineered to enhance moisture control.

Its key feature lies in the fiber’s shape. Unlike standard round polyester fibers, CoolMAX® fibers have a multi-channel structure.
These channels increase the fabric’s surface area and help transport moisture away from the skin to the outer layer of the material.
 

How Does the Technology Work?

1. Moisture Wicking

When your body sweats, moisture does not accumulate inside the fiber (as it does with cotton). Instead, it moves through micro-channels to the fabric’s surface.

2. Faster Evaporation

Because of the increased surface area, moisture evaporates more quickly from the outer layer of the fabric.

3. Temperature Comfort

CoolMAX® does not “cool” the body on its own.
The cooling effect comes from helping your skin stay dry. Dry skin means less overheating and less sticky discomfort during movement.
