EcoPak™ is a modern technical material developed by the American manufacturer Challenge Sailcloth as a more environmentally responsible alternative to traditional laminated fabrics such as X-Pac™.
The material is made from 100% recycled polyester while still maintaining the key properties required for technical gear: high durability, water resistance, abrasion resistance, and a structured feel that helps products keep their shape.
Because of these characteristics, EcoPak™ is widely used in backpacks, bags, and other technical gear.
The material consists of several functional layers:
- an outer layer responsible for abrasion resistance
